Personally, I have been fortunate and blessed to come from a family of entrepreneurs that have owned many businesses, which I have worked in and managed since I was in the 6th grade. I have owned and/or managed 8 different businesses myself, including restaurants, kitchen and bath design, a photography studio, carpet cleaning, a custom tile showroom and even a water well drilling company. I have received awards for top sales and enjoy helping the people I work with make the decisions that will be best for their particular situation. Though I enjoy what I do very much, the most important things in my life are God and my family. That is where true joy and fulfillment are found.
I worked with my father, Jay Hoyal, who was the #1 Business Broker in the state of Colorado for years, and with good reason. He had sold 435 businesses, plus he had the ownership of ten businesses and had the “hands on “ experience few other business brokers possess. Fifty years of hard work in the business world had paid off for him in many ways and made him the best teacher anyone could have. His expertise in teaching and consulting gives me the ability to assist every buyer and seller that comes through our office and assures clients of satisfaction throughout the process. Be assured that what my father has imparted to me will be an advantage to every client I work with. In addition to that experience, I have now closed over 50 transactions myself and now work with a company that has a team of players that have been in the world of business and business brokerage and sales for over 30 years. I have owned and operated businesses in New York City, Texas, and Colorado. I have been a Property Manager and owned 2 highly successful restaurants in New York City. I have owned and operated a highly acclaimed network television subscription service in New York State. Before I was a business owner, I was an account representative with Genesis Network where I planned International and Domestic conferences and events which included coordinating travel arrangements for over 3,000 participants per affair. As you can imagine, business owners do not want to just list their business opportunities, but want to get their business sold. Coordinating large sales has provided me with a great skill in selling business opportunities with or without land included in the sale. I have sold multi-million dollar properties in Houston, Texas and beachfront properties well over a million dollars when I first began my Real Estate career more than 25 years ago.
In my free time, I volunteer on projects for the homeless. I'm a running enthusiast with involvement in several sports organizations and clubs. I have served as Chairman of the Board on community projects and presently I'm serving as President/Vice President on a local HOA Community Board of Directors. I have worked as a marathon committee chair for over 4 years in the position of mile captain for the Houston Marathon.
